All email contact goes through Charms! Please make sure we have all your best parent and student email addresses in Charms.

If you are not receiving band emails, please check your Spam folder and mark the email address “Not As Spam”.

Go to

Under Log In, click Parents/Students/Members.


In the school code box, type canyonvistaband.


In the password box, enter your child’s normal school ID# (without the s).


Please make sure that all contact information is correct. All email contact from the band comes from that which is logged in Charms.

If you have questions about payments, please click Finances for a full report on all payments made to the band.
